Actemium Angola, the operational entity of Cegelec Oil & Gas Services Lda, is the Angolan subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, backed by over 25 years of field experience. Specialized in comprehensive and multi-technical maintenance, the company operates in the industrial and oil & gas sectors, offering technical assistance and telecommunications services.

🔧 Our areas of expertise include:

• Maintenance and inspection of pumps, flexible pipes, heat exchangers, and mechanical seals
• Fire and gas detection systems
• Repair and calibration of equipment
• Training in maintenance and operations

Actemium Angola also collaborates with Axians on telecom projects, strengthening its technological footprint.

🎯 Your Mission

As an HR intern, you will contribute to the digital transformation and optimization of HR processes. Your main tasks will include:

• Digitizing records of active and inactive employees
• Organizing and restructuring HR archives within the database
• Designing and implementing HR processes
• Supporting HR projects, recruitment events, and university relations

💡Profile

• Student from a business school, university, or HR-focused program
• Interest in HR digitalization, process improvement, and project coordination
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good communication abilities in both French and English
• Proactive and collaborative mindset

💸Benefits and Conditions

• Internship location: Luanda, Angola
• Preferred start date: January 2026, for a duration of 6 months
• Stipend based on the Intern's background and qualification
