🎯 Your Mission

The internship will be structured in two progressive phases to provide a comprehensive learning experience in project engineering.

Phase 1 – Project Coordination 

During the initial phase, the intern will work closely with the project team to support the coordination of ongoing projects. This includes:

• Assisting in the preparation and organization of project documentation and schedules
• Handling administrative tasks such as tracking deliverables, updating progress reports, and maintaining project records
• Participating in internal meetings to understand project scopes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Liaising directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify technical aspects, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Gaining a holistic understanding of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution

Phase 2 – On-Site Project Execution & Technical Support

In the second phase, the intern will transition to a more hands-on role, actively contributing to field operations. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting site engineers during installation, commissioning, and testing activities
• Observing and documenting technical procedures and safety practices on-site
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues under supervision
• Participating in quality checks and compliance verifications
• Contributing to daily site reports and technical summaries to support project updates and decision-making

💡Profile

• Education: College-level education or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Electrical Engineering in Bahrain 
• Preferred Specializations:
  • Power Systems
  • Industrial Automation
  • Instrumentation & Control
  • Energy Systems
  • Electrical Safety & Compliance
• Mobility: Must hold a valid driving license
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams and documenting field activities
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
