🎯 Your Mission

The CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance, Inspection & Spare Parts Management System) project focuses on implementing a digital system to manage maintenance, inspections, and spare parts for the MIEC Amiral project located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The work is being coordinated from Bahrain.

As part of the MIEC activities, the intern will support the CMIMS engineer in the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):

🔧 Asset Structuring:

• Organizing equipment (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, instrumentation) into a functional hierarchy.
• Tagging and structuring functional locations to reflect operational logic and maintenance requirements.

📊 Data Entry and Template Management:

• Populating CMIMS templates with detailed asset information:
  • Equipment descriptions, technical specifications, and classifications.
  • Using PM (Preventive Maintenance) and MM (Material Master) data entry formats.

💡Profile

Education: College-level education with an engineering background (maintenance, mechanical, instrumentation, etc.) 

• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and well-organized
• Interest in digital technical management systems

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams and documenting field activities
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment

• Duration : 3 to 6 months
• Stipend : based on the Intern's background and qualifications
