We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Business Intelligence Consultant to join our teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong analytical mindset and interest in data, who are eager to start their career in Business Intelligence. You will work alongside experienced consultants to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ETL processes and data modeling using tools such as SSIS, SSAS, and SQL Server.
• Assist in the development of data reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical platforms.
• Continuously learn and apply best practices in BI and data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Basic understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new BI tools and methodologies.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
