Role & responsabilities

Join our Operations team and contribute to the optimization and standardization of key camp processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business process improvement, inventory management and operational excellence while working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and document existing operational processes and workflows across camp activities.

• Create process maps, flowcharts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational consistency and efficiency.

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize workflows and enhance operational performance across departments.

• Map inventory flows from procurement through consumption and final disposal to ensure full process visibility.

• Support data collection, inventory classification and asset registration activities.

• Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports to support planning and decision-making.

• Contribute to the implementation of controls aimed at improving inventory accuracy, traceability and accountability.

• Participate in improvement initiatives designed to strengthen operational effectiveness and data reliability.

Profile

You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. You are interested in understanding how business processes operate and how they can be optimized through data, standardization and digital tools.

Analytical and detail-oriented, you enjoy working with data and solving operational challenges. You are comfortable using digital tools to document processes and organize information. Curious, proactive and eager to learn, you thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a structured approach to problem-solving, will help you succeed in this role.
