Role & responsabilities
Join our Human Resources team and contribute to initiatives that support both HR operations and digital transformation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR topics while playing an active role in improving processes, documentation and collaboration tools.
In this role, you will:
Support the implementation of HR digitalization initiatives aimed at improving documentation management and shared workspaces.
Assist in organizing, updating and maintaining HR records and internal documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance.
Contribute to recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and administrative support throughout the hiring process.
Assist the HR team with compliance-related activities and the maintenance of employee records.
Support the planning and coordination of HR events and employee engagement initiatives.
Participate in process improvement projects designed to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
Provide day-to-day support across a variety of HR activities and administrative tasks.
Profile
You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's Degree and are interested in developing your career in Human Resources within an international and dynamic environment.
You have a strong interest in both HR processes and digital tools, and you are comfortable working with documentation, data and collaborative platforms. Curious and proactive, you are eager to contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.
Organized and detail-oriented, you are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
A good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
