Role & responsabilities

Join our Maintenance Workshop and gain hands-on experience in industrial maintenance within a dynamic operational environment. Working alongside experienced technicians, you will develop practical skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and reliability while contributing to the safe and efficient operation of industrial assets.

In this role, you will:

• Assist experienced technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Participate in equipment inspections and condition assessments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Support routine maintenance operations, troubleshooting activities and basic repair tasks.

• Contribute to the preparation and updating of maintenance records, reports and technical documentation.

• Assist in identifying maintenance needs and reporting equipment anomalies.

• Gain exposure to maintenance planning and workshop operations.

• Support the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Profile

You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or a related field, and are looking to strengthen your technical skills through a practical industrial experience.

You have a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and are able to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. You are eager to learn, develop your troubleshooting skills and gain exposure to maintenance best practices.

Organized, proactive and safety-conscious, you enjoy working in a hands-on environment and collaborating with experienced professionals. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.

French is required. English would be considered an advantage.
