Looking to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance within an international environment?
Join the Cybersecurity team at Axians Emirates and contribute to strategic initiatives supporting the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the organization's journey towards ISO 27001 compliance.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical expertise in cybersecurity governance while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders across a dynamic engineering and services organization.
Your mission
As a Cybersecurity Governance & ISO 27001 Intern, you will support key information security initiatives, including:
Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS);
Supporting the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, standards, and documentation;
Participating in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and audit preparation activities;
Organizing and maintaining cybersecurity documentation repositories;
Assisting with awareness campaigns and communication initiatives related to information security;
Supporting governance reporting and continuous improvement projects;
Contributing to a variety of cybersecurity and compliance initiatives across the organization.

Profile
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networks, Infrastructure or Cybersecurity and are looking for a 5 to 6-month internship starting in January 2027.
Curious, service-oriented and eager to learn, you enjoy solving technical issues and supporting users in their day-to-day activities. You are interested in a wide range of IT topics, including user support, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, infrastructure, digital workplace solutions and cybersecurity.
You enjoy working in an international environment and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. Your strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative will help you thrive in this role.
Finally, you are comfortable communicating in both French and English, verbally and in writing, allowing you to interact effectively with teams across France, Africa, the Middle East and India.
